Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Items can be returned for the following reasons:

  • Some obvious error mutually recognized by customer and tellybowie (eg the item is completely the wrong size, the item is substantially different than as depicted in the listing)
  • The customer no longer wants the item


Unless it is mutually recognized that tellybowie is substantially at fault, the customer pays for return shipping.

 

Damages and issues

If the item arrives to tellybowie undamaged, the customer will receive a store credit matching the amount they paid for the item. If the item arrives damaged, the customer may receive a partial store credit. When you receive the initial delivery, please immediately inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit according to the policies stated above.

In the rare circumstance that tellybowie and the customer mutually recognize that tellybowie is substantially at fault in the situation, a refund back to customer's method of payment may be issued instead. Please remember in this case it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved such a refund and you haven't received the refund or something else is wrong, please contact us at tellybowiebiz@gmail.com.
